Anti-corrosive protection by coatings

Many ways of coating

Environmentally friendly

Optimal heat transfer

Does your company want to buy corrosion protection coatings? There are different ways to use coatings to provide protection against corrosion, depending on the material that has to be protected. CP Phenolics specialises in applying coatings on a variety of materials and ensures high-quality protection against corrosion. In particular, we are a market leader in heat-cured phenolic coatings. We are happy to inform you about how we process our coatings to guarantee the most effective corrosion protection for your situation.

The various corrosion protection coatings that we use

One of our corrosion protection solutions takes the form of phenol coatings. These are applied to protect heat exchangers as the phenol epoxy coating is heat-conductive and can withstand large temperature fluctuations between -120°C and 220°C. It is also extremely resistant to corrosive alkaline and acid media, which makes the phenol coating a great protection lining against corrosion and erosion. Another field of application are the specially developed coatings for internal protection of sprinkler tubes to avoid MIC (Microbiologic Influenced Corrosion). This solution for this type of corrosion gives the tubes a significantly longer lifespan.
