Carboline Plasite 7159 is a water-resistant epoxy coating. This phenolic coating is polymerised with a polyamine type curing agent. Therefore, it offers high-performance lining for higher temperatures. Furthermore, it offers pressure lowering services in high purity water. What are the benefits of Carboline Plasite 7159?
Carboline Plasite 7159 is easy to apply and is used for high performance thin film tank lining. The coating protects high temperature (100°C) demineralized water immersion. The water-resistant epoxy coating can be air-dried, but it can also be force-cured if quick service is required. Depending on the surface temperature, the cure for most immersion services is achieved between two hours to 14 days.
