Carboline Plasite 4500 is a solvent-free epoxy coating. It is a flake-reinforced and high-performance coating that is used for tank lining. Carboline Plasite 4500 is resistant to various chemicals. This includes fuels, salts, alkalis, lot of acids and a few solvents. CP Phenolics is the market leader in the application of epoxy coatings.

Carboline Plasite 4500 has various features and benefits. It is high-impact resistant and has superior adhesion to steel. This means that your steel parts will be carefully protected by this epoxy coating. The coating is directly applied to metal, and after three to five days (depending on the surface temperature), it is resistant to all exposures. Furthermore, it is resistant to various chemicals. It can be applied to temperatures as low as 35°F/2°C. Besides that, Carboline Plasite 4500 can be applied a one-coat 20-60 mil system.
